The people are extremely friendly and we have built an excellent customer base. I am not inundated with normal day to day issues and our support team is excellent which makes it easier to focus on new sales.

The best thing about my team is that people actually do help each other i.e references, ideas, stories, and real effort.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Earnings are actually unlimited. There is no physical earning cap, the only restrictions are both the amount of time in the day and limits of one's personal energy.

They empower their employees to make decisions that make sense. They feel if they put their employees interest first, then the employees will treat their customers with the utmost importance and respect.
