The culture fosters an individual's growth. We help companies prosper. We help our communities prosper. Volunteering in our communities is a top priority for our company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No one has discussed my salary with me in the past three years; others on my team have received a salary increase during this time. There is no stock option for anyone not on the executive team.
