What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Currently, I am very busy and feeling like I'm always behind the 8-ball. There is just a lot of work and not enough hours in the day. I think it will even out over time.

Rapid Growth for 12 years has allowed us to forget the importance of communicating properly. A work force of Telecommuters needs to have steady communication with team leaders and other departments.

Nothing's wrong except the work load. People do need time to do other things in their lives besides work. Also, even AT work, people need time to learn new things and not be booked up solid all of the time.
