I can depend on the extremely smart and talented people on my team to generate new ideas, challenge each other to do better, and hold each other accountable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team, the VRLT, is great at communicating at regular All Staff meetings. They share product wins (+ areas of opportunity), employee vacations, company goals and insights into our parent company, Expedia Group. And they answer every question they get at these meetings. Every. Question.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of our compensation package is the travel reimbursement benefit. Not only do you receive an annual allowance based on tenure ($250 - $750), any awards you receive for recognition or milestones are also put into this account. It paid for my ticket to Hawaii this year!
