I liked the behavioral type questions and also that I had the chance to meet so many people during my interview
The final interview was giving a presentation, so based on skill and understanding, rather than being able to answer abstract questions.

Have higher standards for the employees!
Be respectful of the candidates. Yes, they are seeking a role within our company but that doesn't mean we should be inconsiderate of the time and effort they put forth to apply and interview.
