I love watching my coworkers suggest new ideas and bring them to fruition.

Knowing that I work with people who actually put into practice the culture that they talked about during on-boarding makes me happy to get up and go to work. Our continuing focus on DE&I is extremely encouraging as well.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Leadership is out of touch with its employees.

Better customer service protocol to help providers because they service vsp customers something vsp doesn't seem to get.

All the ASP cares about is money in Revenue these days and customers are seeing it and filling it. Csr's are expected to rush the call rather than provide a quality experience, representatives get negative reviews when they take too much time with a member.

Customers are a mixed bag.

Pay more. Stop micromanaging. Treat employees better. Stop giving everything to the highest paid employees and taking everything from the lowest paid employees. The benefits are terrible for no reason at all. Company bought visionworks and made 6 billion dollars, benefits are still bad. Why?
