Bad mouthing your team is rewarded. Reporting any and all bad or questionable behavior, regardless of if it is true, is rewarded.
Your application is review by recruitment before being sent forward. The system will automatically deny the application. Moving forward is only based on who you know.
Going above and beyond is overlooked. If you were acknowledged and given credit for the things you did, and paid a livable wage, that would be better.
Pay more. Stop micromanaging. Treat employees better. Stop giving everything to the highest paid employees and taking everything from the lowest paid employees. The benefits are terrible for no reason at all. Company bought visionworks and made 6 billion dollars, benefits are still bad. Why?
