They are told what to do by the CEO but not explained how to do it so when they tell the employees we don’t know how to do it eith
Creating long term value, getting rid of old executives who get on the way of change.
Learn the job your employees are doing if you are going to supervise them and rate their calls for reviews and bonuses.
everything it was a nightmare
Stop making excuses for bad practices. Give better benefits and a wage that keeps up with cost of living. Train CSR's on calls that they will be taking instead of just say take the calls. Give realistic expectations for call times and better commission.
They pay lower than industry average and you have to do the jobs of the lazy people in your group. More compensation and evaluation based on merit and experience is necessary.
Compensation and benefits of the average worker are sacrificed for the elite C-suite.
Pay needs to be higher for some functions
more pay of course lol
Paid signficanrlt below market. Each year company cuts more benefits even though enterprise profitabiloty has improved with a remote workforce.
My coworkers are all new hires everybody that worked for VSP and was knowledgeable is no longer there. There's a lot of gossip and criticism it goes on time to grow up and show your professionalism rather than acting like a bunch of high school kids
There is no culture here. It is cold and dead.
Bad mouthing your team is rewarded. Reporting any and all bad or questionable behavior, regardless of if it is true, is rewarded.

Co-workers are great. Management is awful.
Review from Sales Dept
Far too many meetings. Far too many decision makers. Too little action.
Review from Operations Dept
Opportunities and a change in leadership and culture.
Never told what i do well, only what i do wroong.
Needs a new manager ASAP. She is toxic to business and employees.
Review from Sales Dept
People don't trust leadership or current leadership's ability to secure VSP's future
General culture is good. However most people feel they do not have real opportunities for advancement, so the work effort is marginal for majority of the workforce. Most people just cruise after exhausting their team and passion for the company.
Review from Operations Dept
More initial involvement with hiring managers
Everything is about diversity and inclusion
Your application is review by recruitment before being sent forward. The system will automatically deny the application. Moving forward is only based on who you know.

Leadership is out of touch with its employees.
Better customer service protocol to help providers because they service vsp customers something vsp doesn't seem to get.
All the ASP cares about is money in Revenue these days and customers are seeing it and filling it. Csr's are expected to rush the call rather than provide a quality experience, representatives get negative reviews when they take too much time with a member.
Customers are a mixed bag.
Pay more. Stop micromanaging. Treat employees better. Stop giving everything to the highest paid employees and taking everything from the lowest paid employees. The benefits are terrible for no reason at all. Company bought visionworks and made 6 billion dollars, benefits are still bad. Why?
