So far is been very exciting easy to get along with Cuz employees and enjoy work life balance
People feel that they are valued
This company use to be real good to work for but now it seems they don't care for the employees they only care about production weather it's safe or not the smaller guys don't have a say in anything it's just get the job done and this new no PTO policy is outrageous " no more PTO"
