My coworkers all feel that leadership is ineffective, I mean ALL of them and given people will complain, but because of the situation no one actually cares about the work and everyone is looking for a different job
I worked at this job for 8 years, doing a good enough job to were our customers appreciate, trust, and prefer dealing with me. After 8 years I find out my company hires temps at a higher rate than they pay me. My boss essentially responds as, too bad.
Leadership, my supervisor talks about listening and communication but all three of his coordinators feel he doesn't listen to anything they tell him. We have broken equipment that we inform our boss about and he does nothing about it. He tries to organize plans for the day and does a poor job of it.
They promote a message of we listen and care with this 212 program, but everything that I've experienced with it has been opposite of what the lessons teach and the mandatory projects we have to do for it take away time I could be using to do my job. If leadership actually followed 212 than maybe.
