We are very cohesive and laid back. We can keep activities productive and conversation casual at the same time.

The communication was prompt, despite some technology glitches early on, and I received an offer within a month of my interview.

The freedom to organize my tasks as best fits me and the low-stress environment that freedom offers. I don't feel like I'm being watched or micromanaged.

They are very personable and treat everyone as part of a team and as an individual. Communication along the chain of command is open to all levels.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a contract company onsite with our customer and everyone is so friendly and cohesive. There is a sense of community across the whole site, everyone is here for the greater goal.
