They are very personable and treat everyone as part of a team and as an individual. Communication along the chain of command is open to all levels.

Being honest, and instead of parading around corporate initiatives and telling employees how respected they are, pay them what they are worth.

They promote a message of we listen and care with this 212 program, but everything that I've experienced with it has been opposite of what the lessons teach and the mandatory projects we have to do for it take away time I could be using to do my job. If leadership actually followed 212 than maybe.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The medical and the plans offered to me , but they could offer more benefits for 401k.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Actually making a living wage based on the location I live, instead of what you can buy in Radnor, PA.
compensations are almost none existent

I worked at this job for 8 years, doing a good enough job to were our customers appreciate, trust, and prefer dealing with me. After 8 years I find out my company hires temps at a higher rate than they pay me. My boss essentially responds as, too bad.

They still have some optimism and believe in the growth potential the company tells us they would like to foster.
We are very cohesive and laid back. We can keep activities productive and conversation casual at the same time.

My coworkers all feel that leadership is ineffective, I mean ALL of them and given people will complain, but because of the situation no one actually cares about the work and everyone is looking for a different job

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All type of Work every day
We are a contract company onsite with our customer and everyone is so friendly and cohesive. There is a sense of community across the whole site, everyone is here for the greater goal.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managers need to know how the systems their employees use actually work, so they can support them. Also pay us a living wage.
Leadership, my supervisor talks about listening and communication but all three of his coordinators feel he doesn't listen to anything they tell him. We have broken equipment that we inform our boss about and he does nothing about it. He tries to organize plans for the day and does a poor job of it.
