High level management--Start investing in the low level people that make your business run. Find a moral compass. Mid-Management--Start speaking up when things are immoral, unfair, and simply confusing. Reflect on why turnover is so high.
Employees get no consideration for what they do and are treated poorly. If pay was increased dramatically employees would jump through fire for you. Pay us pennies and consequences are inevitable. This has been happening well before Covid. No excuses.

Logistics of the operations ran more smoothly. Too many problems where the employee has to fix numerous mistakes from different departments. Incompetence is rampant.
