Hire people that are not abusive, do not tolerate abusive behavior!!!! Not rocket science.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The team actually needs leadership! That was why I was hired in the first place, but the executive that was hired after me found out how much I was making and the "Why" I was hired, and he didnt like any of it, so he had me "let go" out of pure spite. The project team is very abusive! Run from Yates
