Mr. Richard J. Giromini, also known as Dick, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Wabash National Corporation (Former Name: Wabash National Corp.) since January 01, 2007. Mr. Giromini develops a long range strategic plan that provides focus on market diversification, international growth and continued operating efficiency. He served as an Executive Vice President of Wabash National Corporation from February 28, 2005 to December 2005. Mr. Giromini served as the Chief Operating Officer since joining Wabash National Corporation from July 15, 2002 to January 1, 2007, President since January 01, 2007 until October 01, 2016 and served as its Senior Vice President since July 15, 2002. From 1991 to 1996, Mr. Giromini served as Vice President of Operations and Plant General Manager of Hayes Wheels International. In addition, he has held several positions of increasing responsibility with Doehler-Jarvis Corporation and General Motors Corporation. Previously, Mr. Giromini served at ITT Automotive Inc. from 1996 to 1998 as its Director of Manufacturing. He has a proven track record of successful implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to advance profitability, safety, quality and productivity. He has been a Director of Wabash National Corporation since December 8, 2005 and Supreme Industries, Inc. since September 27, 2017. He has been a Director of Robbins & Myers Inc. since October 2008. Mr. Giromini holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical and industrial engineering and a Master of Science degree in industrial management from Clarkson University. He is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at the Duke University Fuqua School of Management.
