Mr. Edgar O. Montes has been the Chief Operating Officer at WageWorks, Inc. since December 2012 and its President since December 8, 2016. Mr. Montes served as Senior Vice President of Service Delivery Operations at WageWorks Inc since March 2007 until December 2012. Mr. Montes led the WageWorks charged with the critical responsibility of providing clients and participants with world-class customer service. While widely known as a Natural Leader and Motivator, his approach to client satisfaction and loyalty relies heavily on methods grounded in the hard sciences. Prior to WageWorks, Mr. Montes has great success and experience with applying systems analysis to the essentially human endeavor of client service. At American Express, he led the effort to improve customer service by focusing on quality, people and processes. Mr. Montes holds a Masters in Business Administration and Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Real Estate, both from Arizona State University.
