I get to work tickets, close tickets submitted by fellow employees for support. I love it!

This is the worst place to work. No advancement. They dont care about the employees. The pay is terrible. How is the CEO getting paid millions of dollars and the employees 10 and hr. All companies are the same

Fire all of their customer service reps. Highly trained in lying and poor quality of work!

Hard to work with , much harder that Medicare and the IRS combined
