Simply, pay at WE is not comparable to similar positions at similar agencies. It’s probably 85

Smart, diligent, hard-working at all times.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It’s mostly an issue of leadership more than coworkers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very young, bright people working very hard and planning their futures...
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better leadership would go a long way.

The recruiters and HR team are seemingly good people who are dedicated to finding professional and cultural fits for the agency.

When I feel free to interact and collaborate with my team mates, laugh once in awhile and spend my time doing the job we are paid to do.
