We have come in to help wakefern and don't get days off my hands are swollen and it seems like no one there cares about anything but production maybe sometimes you need to care about the people that work for you that come to help you because you might be shut down if it wasn't for us

I believe the management needs to really care about their people you don't care about your people it's sad it's sad to say that
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Like I said actually care about the people that work for you get out there and do what we do everyday and not give us a day off and work us 12 hours a day 7 days a week
