What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For the most part coworkers are positive and have the patients as their priority.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
holding all employees to the same standard. Many do all they can to avoid work while others pick up the slack.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
if I were to add my children to the company health insurance plan, I would have almost nothing left of my paycheck.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's hard to look forward to work knowing that I'm going to be working hard while others avoid heir duties and there are no consequences.
