I have mixed feelings because I have had several different managers and supervisors (some good and some bad)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
my salary, retirement, and differential,
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
staff that will work; supervisors that are not condescending.
What did you like most about the interview process?
relaxed, supportive, kind, and effective
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I honestly feel overall that the executive team is looking out for staff.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
dislike the lack of staff support, a lot of immature behavior, and rudeness from patients/families.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
actively working together; many staff members waste time even if the department is busy, the support of team members is not there
