Feeling VALUED! I have never worked anywhere else where my managers share their appreciation for the work that I do (and this is a regular occurrence at Warby Parker).
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Full-time workers being forced to go back into office after being remote for two years, needs to be made optional. Full-time people also get no sick pay, so if they get sick without a 24/hr notice they get attendance points
