View ArticleWe have begun removing ginger sachets from all sushi sets as of Friday 2nd June 2017. This is in response to customer feedback on the levels of ginger sachet waste and our own investigations that demonstrate that most customers discard the ginger.
If you would like a ginger sachet with your sushi set, please speak to staff at the till as a sachet is still on offer to all customers buying a sushi set at no additional cost.

Our bags are moving from 25\% to 30\% renewable resources we encourage our staff members to enquire if our customers need bags or not.
We are constantly working on improving our packaging and ensuring that it is environmentally friendly.

It is fine to eat raw and all of our processes comply with the relevant food safety regulations.
