They need to fix the vans
They don't take safety seriously
Lots of talk. No action. Limited results. Zero trust as we don't see the commitment after all the words. Did you see Wav got listed after so much of talk? Fluff.

Other companies are better is far as benefits
The fact is that we need to be paid more than 18.50 per hour

The fixing on the vans
The fact that the vans have no lights and signals are a problem
We are told to do this. Then later do that. It keeps pivoting. Sometimes I don't even know why I am doing it for. It changes the next moment. Flip flop decisions. Changes course along the way many times.
