Mr. Stanley A. Sewitch, Jr., also known as Stan, has been Vice President of Global Organisation Development at WD-40 Company since 2012. Mr. Sewitch serves as the Chief Executive Officer of KI Investment Holdings, LLC. He founded HRG, Inc., and served as its Chief Executive Officer. He formed two other companies, Emlyn Systems and Chromagen. Mr. Sewitch was a Senior Partner at RSM McGladrey leading the southern California strategy and organizational consulting practice, comprised of four offices and serving clients throughout the western U.S. as well as other states, Mexico and Canada. He held senior management positions in operations and human resources at several companies including TRW's LSI products division in San Diego, Elm Corporation, Martin Marietta Aluminum, Smith International and Mycogen Corporation. He served as Chairman of the Board of Elixir Industries. He served as Director of Sabia Inc., Beam One, LLC, Helix Environmental Planning, The Window Factory and the Corporate Directors Forum. He serves as a Director of Ridge Diagnostics, Inc. He serves as Director of KI Investment Holdings, LLC. Mr. Sewitch authors a weekly column on various issues in business for the San Diego Daily Transcript, entitled ???Notes from the Corporate Underground??? and has written a book of the same title, published in 2005. He is a frequent speaker at professional and trade organizations. Mr. Sewitch was a faculty instructor for UCSD's Extension School of Engineering for five years, teaching a course in technical group leadership. He holds an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from California State University, Long Beach and a B.A. in Psychology from San Diego State University.
