Good amount of PTO over-all.
Incentive Bonus' come in handy!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm paid significantly less than median in my city.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They genuinely care about my growth
Everyone is supportive - it's not a competitive environment, because our leaders want us to succeed

It's female-founded and run, everyone is friendly

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fine but a full day process along with other meetings.
I was able to meet the team. It was a bit much though.
People were friendly, put me at ease
Got to meet a variety of people and really get a feel for my coworkers ahead of starting.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Think about how you FAIRLY compensate ALL your employees. Don't just promote and bonus VP and above - seriously think sbout that.
