Bad company culture - CEO is awful
They are clueless. The president doesn’t know how to lead. She pushes her good employees with bully tactics. She accepts poor performance but expects her good employees to make up for what they can’t do.
My experience has been great! Every company has ups and downs, but WebCE employees experience far more ups.
