What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to employee concerns and try to act transparently in the best interest of the company and the employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Care about your employees more
They are clueless. The president doesn’t know how to lead. She pushes her good employees with bully tactics. She accepts poor performance but expects her good employees to make up for what they can’t do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They're fair, paid for almost entirely by the company, and they more than cover what I need.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They think the pay is competitive but its not
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work and communicate well together, we all seem to genuinely like each other and want to see one another succeed.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees are allowed and encouraged to make themselves comfortable at work. Dress code is lax, and hours are flexible. Employee appreciation is valued highly.

Working with a bunch of great people, accomplishing goals, knowing that our company helps people further their careers.
