Open communication with all levels if staff
They actually care about the employees, they follow actual safety guidelines unlike other companies and they honor their employees for doing good which is most important to me.

Great medical amd dental insirance
I am paid very well for my position
Apart of a union which is nice

no bonus program for hourly non union. Not cool
