What's going wrong and how can it be improved? It's rotten at its core it's unbelievable that a company like Cisco would merge with it.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? The workers are a collection of imported labor and locals who are fearful of their jobs. Meetings or an opportunity for the manager to publicly humiliate employees for minor offenses and alienate them with their other workers. I've never seen anything like it before.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I was given a promotion but it took HR over six months to begin paying me what they agreed to pay me and then I noticed in the last year of my employment they would start gradually paying me less and less. The stock options were chintzy compared to the work that I did for them
