I wish I'd known how unstable the organization was.

Anything from Business Casual to Business Professional is fair game. Slacks and a button-down or a professional dress or skirt and top work just fine - jacket optional.

I met with three members of my department, and they called me back the same day.

Constant and thoughtful. Positive feedback is given frequently, and constructive feedback is given privately. I appreciate that.
How do you feel about going to work at Wedgewood Inc. everyday?
Honestly I'm excited to start just about every day here. There's a lot of opportunity to get involved on projects and contribute creatively, and there's a lot of knowledge in the room. Lots to do, lots to learn, and the people are genuinely lovely to work with.
How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at Wedgewood Inc.?
Not difficult at all - there's a good work-life balance.
What's the office layout like at Wedgewood Inc.?
Very open-concept in our main office. We have two floors - the first has Legal and Civic Lending, and the second is Wedgewood's main office space. It's very architectural and well-designed, and you'll find pockets of space for each department without anything being blocked off.

Competitive, and with generous and well-structured bonus programs. The roles vary in capacity/responsibility, and the pay matches up with the level of the role and the experience of the candidate.
What's the vibe like in the HR dept at Wedgewood Inc.? How many hours are you working?
I'm working a regular schedule - 9 to 6pm. The pacing is good and the workload is manageable. As for the vibe, it's very positive! We have a few regular meetings, and regular one-on-ones with our managers. Otherwise, you're pretty self-directed and the team is highly supportive!
What's the HR team like at Wedgewood Inc.?
Extremely positive - it's a feedback-based culture, and the team is very forthcoming with support and props when you do something great.
How's the leadership on the HR team at Wedgewood Inc.?
Phenomenal -- they've come in and created a lot of new programming for the team, awesome benefits, and better consistent feedback. Things are getting better and better!
