Bonus structure, benefits, and pay
Competitive salary, consistent bonuses, amazing benefits.
Fair salary, clear bonus structure and opportunities. Also love the new 401K (with match)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I only marked no to equity because we don't operate on a stock incentive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
NO micromanagement, we all work hard to be successful
I love the humor in-house. Everyone collaborates. We're a group of 700+ now and it still feels like a family environment.
Every department has its pockets and personality but I love it - you can't walk around the office without engaging with people from every department, and there are a lot of projects that prompt that collaboration.
Everyone is an expert in something, and they host "lunch & learns" to teach. I also love how friendly and open people are.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's not a group that will overdo it on praise, but you know you're doing work that makes an impact. The pacing is good, the people are great, and there's always something good happening in the office.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Coming to headquarters to meet our interviewers and see the company in person
I had a great experience with my recruiter, it was nice getting a tour of the office (which is way bigger than I'd expected), and they were thorough but expedient.

What makes you most happy at work?
The finished product and collaboration
We're a group of 10 companies under one roof, so there are a lot of moving pieces. Everything changes day-to-day, and you learn a lot quickly.
Working with my team, tangible proof of efforts/moving the needle.
The people. You also get to see the direct impact of your work on the day to day, which is great.
