My team understands their goals and priorities and we all work to support and help each other reach them.
My team values one another's ideas and areas of expertise. Questions and asking for help or support are encouraged. My team is dedicated to one another's success.
We all get along and it always feels like a safe space to share ideas and break through thinking is always encouraged
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication, learning to operate as a large company vs. a family oriented. They are normal growing pains

The true sense that everyone is passionate about helping animals and those that love them.
The company makes medicine for companion animals, and even if you don't own a pet this is such a heartwarming environment. All employees are so invested in providing the best product to take care of animals!

The interview process was fair and detailed without being overly complex.
The interview teams were excited about the potential contributions that I could make to the company.

I enjoy the opportunity to help shape the company's culture and mindset on its core values as we grow rapidly.
I get to help make the world a better place each day as I contribute to improving the lives of animals and those who love them.
I enjoy my job and my responsibilities so it doesn't feel like work.
When I get to make offers to candidates. Receiving a job offer is such an exciting time for most people, and I get to be a part of that moment.

Lots of growth happening at a rapid pace, being able to keep up with it
What do you like best about your company?
I love what we do, and I love the team I work with. We are growing and constantly having to re-evaluate our current state in order to keep up with the growth and that is very exciting.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Additional employees added to my department. As we grow we need more full time employees in specialized areas to help us ensure our employees are well taken care of.
