The personal have no skill at all

I do not like working at weframe, but at the moment I do not have a better option.

There is a very negative atmosphere that I have not experienced elsewhere, the management does not know what to do, customers do not trust us. I am actively interviewing at other employers, this is crazy here.

Exciting product and a lot of space for own initiatives. Very good working equipment. I like the people and the startup life. Communication between the different departments could be better.
