Good fixed salary with appropriate bonus linked to a target agreement.
I would like to earn more but it is not possible to negotiate.
Productive workshop days and they are always try to support as much as they can. We also do have a good time after work.
With some colleagues we can work well together, with others it is not possible. They are not willing to collaborate.
You should not gossip that much.

A better communication due third parts
The customers I am in contact with do not trust much about our product. We are always pushed to promise improvements to them, but we cannot follow these promises. Design and developers work too slow and chaotic too.
Our customers are often let down and they are not respected at all.
