We should talk more to each other instead of blaming each other.
Change their mentality, and do not lie to each other.

I would like to earn more but it is not possible to negotiate.

With some colleagues we can work well together, with others it is not possible. They are not willing to collaborate.
You should not gossip that much.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs new strategy, because we are not able to reach customers.
The management definitely needs to go.

The personal have no skill at all
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A better communication due third parts
The customers I am in contact with do not trust much about our product. We are always pushed to promise improvements to them, but we cannot follow these promises. Design and developers work too slow and chaotic too.
Our customers are often let down and they are not respected at all.
