My pay but they are now trying to push those of us who are paid more because younger people are paid less.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Only money matters. People are expendable. That's the company thought process. NO amount of money makes up for feel abused and poorly used.
I am not a white man. If I were I would have respect and better job security. If I were respected as a human being and not a cog in the wheel I would feel better about my compensation.
