They seem approachable and want to improve the company.
Generally they're a no nonsense bunch.
All they do is yell and bark threats and run around like they don't know what they are doing. That's because they don't know what they are doing.
Professionalism and honesty. A Wellsky promise is "Trust and be Trustworthy" but my management team has been anything but. Lies, broken promises and dangling carrots and blowing smoke. Cerner didn't even do that to me. I have never been treated so atrociously! Greed and heartlessness at its epitome

They need to get better at being decent human beings. Be honest and stop lying about goals and promotions and training and growth. If you're going to sunset a software you should tell your support people instead of letting them find out from the clients.
Stop penalizing good employees for your bad mistakes and stop breaking promises.
