The core team that was there before WellSKy is awesome. Its WellSKy that trashed the experience of working here.
Only money matters. People are expendable. That's the company thought process. NO amount of money makes up for feel abused and poorly used.
All they do is yell and bark threats and run around like they don't know what they are doing. That's because they don't know what they are doing.
Focused only on presenting number at the end of each month that shows growth. that's it. That's the entire focus. Focus of customer support, focus on taking care of staff.
