All they do is yell and bark threats and run around like they don't know what they are doing. That's because they don't know what they are doing.
Professionalism and honesty. A Wellsky promise is "Trust and be Trustworthy" but my management team has been anything but. Lies, broken promises and dangling carrots and blowing smoke. Cerner didn't even do that to me. I have never been treated so atrociously! Greed and heartlessness at its epitome

They need to get better at being decent human beings. Be honest and stop lying about goals and promotions and training and growth. If you're going to sunset a software you should tell your support people instead of letting them find out from the clients.
Stop penalizing good employees for your bad mistakes and stop breaking promises.

Only money matters. People are expendable. That's the company thought process. NO amount of money makes up for feel abused and poorly used.
I am not a white man. If I were I would have respect and better job security. If I were respected as a human being and not a cog in the wheel I would feel better about my compensation.

Listen to your candidate. If they say they are mid-level, don't hire them as Staff Engineer and wonder why they have trouble keeping up.
Make software that works first...then try to sell it.
Focused only on presenting number at the end of each month that shows growth. that's it. That's the entire focus. Focus of customer support, focus on taking care of staff.
If a company takes care of and values their employees then those employees will naturally take better care of their clients.

Get rid of the Sr Director. Folks across the company including a VP or two seriously call him an idiot.
Fire the rude poor performers and start with their manager who allows them to behave horribly.
