Not being self centered and looking out for employees instead of just themselves

Management encourages virtual meetings to save on expenses. This does not foster relational growth

Without positive and trained leaders who are able to look outside themselves, there cannot be growth

Management is unable/unwilling to support staff appropriately . Management does not advocate for staff in compensation issues
