Make a strong team. Not by throwing RNs to learn an entire new job without proper teaching. Lack of compassion. We have a part time RN pushed to learn PACU, she is a 24yrs in intraop circulator. Never in PACU. RN's spouse is fighting for there life going through chemo & is given undue stress to lea

I feel undervalued because I never get a "thank you" for picking up extra. They take advantage of their workers.
Better bonuses/raises, better retirement match

Management encourages virtual meetings to save on expenses. This does not foster relational growth
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
True transparency and living of "values."
Better ratios for Nurses. Better pay. Better leadership who don't hand out snacks when we are short staffed.
They need to be more accepting of new people
Management needs training and inept managers need to be fired

Be more up front about what is expected

Get rid of closed minded people and create an enviornment accepting of new and different people.
Change the manager in the ER she is terrible
Without positive and trained leaders who are able to look outside themselves, there cannot be growth
Need to listen to doctors and other employees
