I love the fact that my monthly pay comes in two halves within a monthly, I think that allows for flexibility and budgeting.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Wema spirit is always evident in interactions, everyone is polite to each other, I see a great sense of mutual respect everywhere.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
For me, I would say the leadership here is awesome, there's a form of uniformity in the leadership style across departments in the Bank.
