Again the full team is talented, eager, excited about our growth, leadership is transparent and I am never bored.

We are creative, communicate constantly, have each others back, and we appreciate each others time and position. I can always count on my team.

We are making beautiful things; it makes the job easier and more fun. There is never nothing to do, always so many things going on, all positive and exciting to see come to fruition.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They make smart decisions, collaborate, do what they say they will do, the understanding of working toward something better but knowing that better is a moving target, they are determines, competitive and strong people. I respect their capabilities.

I am around ART every day! The people are amazing! The constant growth and big ideas come to fruition. I respect big challenges and the CEO definitely keeps us on our toes, but in the end, we all believe in his vision.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture isn't fake, people do what they say they will do. There is a conscious effort to train, teach, and learn constantly. Consistently build better more effective, productive leaders is the goal and we really focus on it weekly. Its not easy but being better never is!
