This is a unique culture, company, and man behind it all. He cares. Down to the depths of toes about all of it. And he works hard for it. It makes you work hard for him. To let go of petty moments, and just get the job done.

The culture makes you a better person and work professional with skills you will carry with you for the rest of your career.

I know at this time it is not an option. But know when the company is doing better I will hopefully be compensated.

Strong, amazing women I may or may not ever had the pleasure to know, much less work with otherwise. They are a force of nature.

No matter who you are, what you look like...you are given an equal voice, an equal chance to sit at the table. The best idea wins.

It's been a hard road to get where we are. But know the dynamics and personality of each team member are what makes this department work.

Tackling something I have never done before. There are plenty of opportunities to do that at Wendover. And you get to learn from each experience-win, lose, or draw. It's nice to have that support.

You will learn so much every moment of every single day. I know I have become a better professional, and have seen and understand what it truly means to have to work together to achieve an end result.
