What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Team honestly wants to get better, and is willing to put things into work to see improvement. There are some Leadership Team members that can really inspire a room.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
An upgraded form of technology. The computers are old, the excel spreadsheets need to move to a software used company wide. (Odoo for example) The folders need to be digital for production. Lets start investing in the quality of devices and communication.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Work Life Balance is non-existent if you want to be promoted.. Creating the American Dream in a company is bigger than Building the Best Art Company in the World. The American Dream is being able to provide for your family with the ability to BE with your family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because of the time investment and the value I have put into the company. Promotion does not promise money but it does promise more work. I've trained people that make more than me with less experience. I've proven to be an asset of the Team. Fair pay would make the hours worth it
