challenging environments, with very competitive expectation but unfortunately because is an art industry theres isn't very good economical rewards for being part of it, for anybody expecting to this for the money, unless they needed I don't recommended it is basically like working on a restaurant.

The opportunity to create value and tell a story, making meaningful environments for the customers, overall excited to be able to work in the art industry making art.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is always work to do, we are never bored and always busy. There also a lot of room to learn new things, just not enough to explore and experiment.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
most team members are unmotivated, burned out or uncreative, there is so much workload that everyone just wants to move to the next thing, making quality of work and productivity overall poor.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most of the recognition & rewards come after putting at least over a year of work, there is no creative incentives, nor economical incentives for the team to work overtime. while is this always expected or else the whole environment become intense and stressful.
