Everyone is extremely knowledgable and approachable. No question seems silly and they are willing to incorporate you into their every day tasks. They look to you for help and are insightful when helping.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very nice and welcoming. Everyone is easy to approach and talk to and is actually willing to talk to you as well. Everyone has a role and no one is under someone else truly.
What makes you most happy at work?
The uniqeness of the product we sell along with the diversity of daily tasks. Although some things may repeat themselves, a lot of what happens is different and it's refreshing to be dealing with new and unique tasks on a daily basis.
