remove the SIP program it is a negative motivator.
What were promised during hiring changed in terms of bonuses after about 2 year to something that pays less and that we have much less control of.
I'm the only worker worked they the whole pandemic and got a quarter raise no I'm not valued
Because the CEO gets paid 7.4 mil and I get paid 16 an hour
Have competitive salaries for the position being performed. Stop penalizing legacy employees salaries when they are promoted.
