Great leadership, very hands-on and always motivating us with positive feedback.

It's hard to tell what's going on and who is in charge. There is no cohesive plan, no apparent direction, and no motivator.

Annual raises that barely keep up with inflation. Below market avg even after a cost of living adjustment last year.
